Our card processing partners are Secure Hosting (a subsidiary of the Universal Payment Gateway) and Bank of Scotland Merchant Services.

Should you purchase your shoes via our website, our order system will 'pre-authorise' your card. You will only be charged when your order is shipped.

Our system does not allow us full visibiilty of card data - so we are unable to re-charge your card without additional information that we can only get from you.
